How To Go Plant-Based!

There has never been a more critical time to make sure we are getting optimal nutrition and, with all the uncertainty in our lives right now, this is one thing you CAN control. 

 

Whole-food, plant-based nutrition is the way to go. But the most common question I get is: "How?" Join me for this fun, interactive workshop to learn not just the basics, but the short-cuts and hacks that I personally found to be the easiest way to transition with the least resistance from everyone at the table. 

 

  • Learn about the benefits of whole-food, plant-based nutrition

  • Grocery Guide including a grocery map, pantry staples list & how to de-code labels 

  • Receive my favorite family-friendly recipes & tons of resources

  • Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles, such as stress eating, food addiction, and family resistance. 

  • Get hands-on: Prepare a meal each week and share experiences

Wednesdays, April 1st, April 8th, April 15th, April 22nd, 7 - 8:30 PM, online, $115 per person.

Thriving Through Change

Friends, we are all experiencing dramatic upheaval in our lives. It feels overwhelming and scary, especially since we don't know how long it will last. What we need now is self-care, connection and tools for coping, which is what this workshop is all about.

Join me as we explore ways to take care of ourselves and our loved ones during this time:

- Mindfulness & meditation focus, including a guided meditation each week 

- Learn how to cultivate positive thoughts & rein in disabling ones

- Re-thinking stress & how to use it to our advantage 

- Develop strategies for maintaining healthy eating, sleeping and exercise

- Explore benefits of nature, laughter, music and more
